Casa by Charleston is a new and exciting company that has resulted from the merger of Charleston Development Group and Casa Bella Kitchen and Bath Remodelers. We have blended the expertise and track record of Charleston Development Group with the design talent and resources of Casa Bella. By bringing these assets together, Casa by Charleston now specializes in everything related to home construction. With well over 70 years of combined experience in the design, building and renovation industry, we can tackle any project in a home.

We have designed and built homes throughout the Chicago suburban area and are currently developing Jefferson Estates of Downtown Naperville, a neighborhood of 37 single-family luxury homes on the west end of Downtown Naperville. Unlike any other builder in the area, Casa by Charleston offers its clients their own personalized designer and an extensive showroom and selections center to ease the building process. Our reputation of exceptional design and quality construction has earned us the title of Naperville's "Best Builder" of 2009.

Casa by Charleston also has a portfolio full of the renovations that we have done throughout the Chicago suburban area. With work featured in an abundance of local and national magazine publications, our in-house professional designers bring clients' visions to life and guide them through the many decisions needed during the remodeling process. With the clear communication provided by the Design Manager and Project Manager on each construction project, we deliver renovated spaces that reflect our client's personal style.
